As a person with FD I can confirm this extract is high quality. Ginger can mildly heal the mucosa, as well as improve motility and gastric accommodation. I take it before every meal and it has been a great helper, I definitely feel the benefit. The size for this price is honestly very good value.
Using it for menstrual pain. Took 4 tablets and didn't need painkillers. It is a good kind of progress. Size is good, next time I'll get the one with a higher dosage for taking fewer capsules at once.

While I like and trust Swanson brand products and have used countless, this product was not for me. I am not new to ginger root supplements and ginger products, this one caused indigestion for me. Great price and quality, it just wasn't for me.
Keep in mind that this is not an extract, but a full spectrum, so its good for generic/day-to-day usage. Good price from Swanson.
This formula contains the root and also the extract, which is more potent than just root. I trust Swanson to bring me the best quality for a fair price. And as little fillers as possible.
