Valerian Chamomile Hops, 60 Capsules

My husband uses this Valerian, Chamomile, Hops formula in the evening to help his insomnia. It helps him relax and get sleepy. This product has a decent amount of these herbs in each capsule to actually work, as opposed to some with lower milligram strength. I try to always keep it in the house for him.
