I started taking this product from a recommendation by a perimenopause nutritionist that I was seeing. It has replaced my zinc and potassium supplements that I was taking separately. It is much more bio available to take a naturally occurring product tha one that is lab created. I am very grateful to find this product and will continue to use it.
Top supplement to increase minerals intake, I really like opening the caps and enjoying that salty taste under my tongue. But I don't understand why some ingredients like maltodextrin are used in this product. Would a appreciate a cleaner ingredients list.
I'm not sure if this supplement is doing anything in all honesty. but I'm hoping the quality is good enough to give some bioavailable zinc. for the low price, I will continue.

I like this! I haven’t seen much difference vit I see it as zinc so I have no complaints about it at all! The size is good and the dosage isn’t bad at all! The taste taste of nothing! Great quality and it is highly recommended as well!

Some more expensive alternatives don't have fillers like this product, but this is more affordable. I found it helps as part of my winter pro active strategy along with all the other good habits you might add.
Seemed great quality ingredients. The capsule size and dosage was small and very easy. I however have not noticed any changes or benefits after finishing one bottle. Zero taste to these compared to other oyster pills

However, if you have histamine intolerance or MCAS, it may not be the best choice since shellfish extracts can trigger reactions. For those who tolerate oysters well, this is a convenient supplement, but sensitive individuals might prefer other zinc or taurine sources.
