Great quality, I took this supplement to improve overall health and my immune system. As I have problems with my veins, I noticed improvement while I was taking it. One of the pioneers of juicing and raw food diets, Normal Walker, who lived to be 99 and was born in the 1880's, ate seaweed, among other specific raw foods, daily, and despite not knowing about the particular compounds within seaweed extract, people who consume it regularly, usually report that they feel better from the regular consumption of this god given food and plant.
