i use carnosine empty stomach morning and at night. it cud clean up the foods waste and toxic in the guts. this particular Swanson type has the best quality among the 5 types carnosine ingredients i am using. as I feel my stomach becoming relaxed and warm up longer and deeper.

I bought this brand simply for price difference. I have taken carnosine for while for muscle and vision so this one looked cost effective. Minus 1 Star because I do like glass packaging with zero fillers more.

The size of the capsule is medium to large. However, I think the ingredients that are in this supplement are more important to my health. I believe this supplement benefits my diet and Physical muscle mass. It helps me have more energy. There is no taste as the supplement is in capsule form.
