Christopher's Original Formulas Lower Bowel Formula does help get things moving for me. Usually, I take one dose when I wake up with a full glass of water and a second dose in the afternoon. I don't take it at night because the cayenne pepper seems to give me heartburn later in the day, especially after lying down.

Natural quality ingredients, took it in a glass of water 30 min before breakfast on an empty stomach as part of my intestine cleansing routine. Will buy it again as all together worked for me. Taste is on a bitter side but if dissolved in a water - you can tolerate it. Highly recommend.

I bought this a while ago, not sure what I was going to use it for. But recently had some surgery, and the anesthetic left me with poor gut motility. Nothing was quite working.
