This quality product contains A-AKG. Since CA-AKG tends to be expensive, I take this together with CA-AKG to increase my AKG level. The ingredients is only A-AKG in the 2-1 ratio. It's good to take before fitness workout. The capsule size is quite large so it's difficult to take more than 1-2 capsules at 1 time.
