I notice a big difference when I'm taking this. I usually add about 10 drops for 16 oz of water. They recommend 40 drops a day I believe and that's what I take. This is excellent for fasting! When I take the mineral drops it totally removes the hunger of fasting and gives me an energy bounce. It's definitely a plus to mineralize your water when fasting. I recently did a 40-day intermittent water fast and using this supplement was a key to it. This is an excellent product at an excellent price.

I’m not sure for whom 40 drops dose is, it tastes awful. I put 10 drops in 1.2l of water and call it a day. 15 drops were too much for me as well, I had this dose for 2 days and got upset stomach. Product is good but finding your dose is crucial especially if it was not doctors prescription.

I’m a return customer for this brand & these mineral drops. I add them to my morning smoothies & feel they help me. Good quality supplement, they taste salty, but it’s masked in the smoothies.

I feel like I generally go through my life in a state of dehydration, but since I started adding these drops to my water, I look forward to and crave drinking water. I’ve been drinking so many liters since I got these. At first, I was a little perplexed by the taste. It kind of reminds me of when you drink full fat milk, and it has a slightly creamy aftertaste. It sounds gross to say that these make your water taste a little bit creamy but honestly, this is the best tasting water I’ve ever had. I am obsessed with these and I have been recommending this supplement to all of my friends. I’ve been drinking this for about a month and have already ordered a few more bottles because I honestly cannot imagine drinking my water at home without these drops. They don’t give me any kind of negative symptoms and I really appreciate that. They are loaded with good minerals like magnesium so I don’t have to take a magnesium supplement anymore. I cannot recommend these more highly.

comparable to Trace brand same quality ingredients Size lasts over 2 months for me. Composition is liquid. Excellent way to get minerals if you want to reduce on capsule intake.

Have not felt different. I am just hoping I can trust this brand because I already dehydrated and am constantly looking for different ways to hydrate without powders and excess salt. I would not follow the recommended dose of 40 drops and rather do 10. Then I hide that with some lemon, ice and stevia. Did not feel very different either and I always feel whether my hydrating concoctions are working. I like the package and size for the price. Is one of the ones with the most Mg and Chloride without a pile of sodium.

now that concentrace bumped up their price so ridiculously, I've turned to other brands. who knew you could find the exact same thing but for cheaper? plus this bottle dispenses so much better! concentrace drips everywhere while this doesn't.

I love that I can take the essential minerals when I need it! This mineral works quickly and helps my leg muscles from getting cramps!

I started off slowly and trying to adjust to the taste . I hope it does something good for me. size and quality very good.
