I started taking this along with CoQ10 in an attempt to help my chronic fatigue. It would be so good to have energy. I haven't noticed any problems with the supplement but as yet I haven't seen an improvement in the fatigue. I don't know how long it takes to get any results so I will continue for a coupke more months.
