I was having multiple tendon issues. De Quervain’s in my hand, hamstring tendonitis and issues in both shoulders. I have used Swanson Tendon support as part of my shoulder rehabilitation, as I have a stage 1 tear in my superspinatus and am waiting for surgery. After continuing my physio, the ache at night has completely gone away, I am on my 2nd bottle of Tendon support and I personally feel it has definitely helped with the repair process. I have 1 more month left then will be taking a break, but feel very good about the current state of my shoulder. Just a further update, I have been continuing my gym and physio weight training exercises and my shoulder has definitely improved to the point where I have more movement, virtually no pain depending on the movement, but since using this supplement it has improved immensely. Type I collagen should be the right supplement for tendons and ligaments. If they're weak or injured, this is the thing to take for a faster recovery. I only took one bottle, but I already have the feeling that the tendons in my knee are getting stronger. Swanson usually offers good quality for a reasonable price. Not a lot of fillers and binders.

To be honest, it’s hard to measure exactly how much this supplement is contributing since recovery is a slow process, but I am improving. Thought it was tendon specific but I think it's more of collagen type 1. Guess there is the tendaxion blend. Not super helpful neither bad.

Early days yet as I am on my first bottle. I have noticed a marked inprovement on my stamina and walking. I am looking forward to continued improvement as I continue to take these capsules. The quality is great and price very reasonable compared with other products on the market.

As a woman of post menopausal age I have tendon issues: this definitely helps particularly hip pain Not especially sure which ingredient is the most helpful but who cares 😉 Am absolutely certain has less side effects than the cortisone injection I was given
