Full Spectrum® 7 Mushroom Complex, 60 Veggie Caps

Too bad Swanson quit producing their 14 mushroom blend, but this 7 Mushroom Complex still works well. At least it has what I think are the three basic mushrooms necessary for any high quality ingredient mix: Reishi, Maitake, & Shiitake. They've doubled the dosage in milligrams from the original 14-mix (35 mg to now 70 mg), to kind of make-up for the other mushrooms now missing, in my opinion. There are many other brands that give 10 or more mushrooms in the mix; and even for the price, and those other brands are as good or better a bargain than the 7 mushrooms by Swanson. The benefits are still awesome, being that they are the main mushrooms we expect to get in this average sized, tasteless capsule. You can't go wrong for the price and effectiveness of these 7 mushrooms; but other brands give you more.

This is a great quality mushroom complex. I take a day and have noticed more energy. I also feel it has helped with immune function. I have been around people with colds a lot and have managed not to catch one!

This is a good option for those who don’t like mushrooms, like me, but still know about the benefits they offer. There is no taste or smell, and the capsules are easy to swallow.

Been taking these for a couple months and I feel healthier than usual, and haven’t been sick even when exposed to people with colds etc… I truly believe this boosts your immune system and helps with your energy levels.
