First time taking this. I'm sleeping so well! No hangover that I can get from Melatonin. Feel so much more rested. I mostly use the chamomile capsules in the evening as a sleep aid. Calms the busy brain. No negative side effects. Though I rarely get stressed out during the day, on those occasions when I do, it mellows me out quite nicely.

If you don't have time to brew some chamomile tea, these capsules seem to do the same job. The capsules are larger than what I've imagined though.
