Can't say that I've noticed any effect on the mood, it's like swallowing placebo pills everyday. Hope there was some benefit for the body ay least.
It takes a while, but i noticed the effects within a couple of weeks. More energy, and I'm handeling stress much better. A lot calmer and even.

Good quality ingredients, nice package, benefit for immunity, gives energy, helps detox, helps longevity, mushrooms are superfood. Size could be bigger, buy more at ones. Taste is ok.
I order these every month now. At first I didn't feel the benefits - then I stopped taking them and noticed my body missed them. They are now part of my regular regime.
