It is what the jar says, but it isn't good. It has a distinct raw yellow split pea flavour and a grainy texture. I fount it tolerable in lentil dahl, but haven't found another use for it. I won't buy again.

Really pleased with this pea protein. It is high quality and has only pea protein in it! It is also reasonably priced. Been using it to make a high protein frosting and while it is taking some getting used to, I really like it. The taste isn’t too intense, and it is contributing to my goal of having a healthier lifestyle.

I added this to soymilk, black sesame powder, flaxseed, and brewer's yeast as my daily morning breakfast. I used the big scoop of measuring cup comes with protein powder but feel it might be too much. The quality of plant based protein is good to ouch.

I only bought this one because the one that I like is out of stock. this one's a little more pricey compared to my normal but it's the same 1 lb size and the quality seems to be the same or close. it's my go-to for backup
