What can be better than a bunch of vitamins together with Selenium in a bottle? Vitamin A for eyes, vision in dim light, C for keeping you healthy, E for your body(antioxidant), and Selenium, among others, for thyroid health. But, IMHO, not for daily use. If I'm correct , it increases appetite.

I have been taking these vitamins within the last 30 days. When I take them I feel amazing and can tell i have more energy. The taste is not that great but I usually take them with some flavored drink and hand no problem

This supplement has an excellent antioxidant formulation: Vitamins A, C, E, and Selenium. All of these ingredients help protect against free radicals, while Vitamin C and Selenium also support immunity. Additionally, if you want to support thyroid health, the Selenium content makes it beneficial for that as well. The capsules are quite large, but easy to swallow with a normal amount of water. After a two‑month course, my skin and hair have improved (though I was also taking collagen at the same time).

I tried the Carlson ACE Vitamins for a short time but stopped before I could notice any real improvements. The quality seems good, and the capsule size is easy to take, with no unpleasant taste. I can’t say much about their effect on energy or immunity since I didn’t use them long enough. Overall, they seem like a solid supplement, but I’d need more time to give a full review.
