take one in the morning or whenever i feel bloated and stomach discomfort. Peppermint is as effective as ginger, and it can be taken on an empty stpmach. it works for me. The capsules are small and easy yo swallow. overall this brand offers good quality product at a bery reasonable price.
I bought another Anti-Gas product from Swanson before, but I wasn't totally satisfied. But this product has more natural ingredients (peppermint oil, Rosemary and Thyme) gives me more comfort and satisfactory feelings. I can't judge efficiency or results from the first uses, but initially I feel happy with it.
