Senna Leaf, 500 mg, 100 Capsules

I suffer from chronic low intestinal mobility. I take senna a couple of times a week in a single capsule dose, alternating it with Cascara Sagrada from the same brand on another day of the week. It works very well for me to maintain my intestinal regulation. Although I try not to abuse. Sometimes I replace it with high doses of magnesium oxide, which also helps to regulate. Another aspect is the quality of the product. Being one of the cheapest, it is just as effective as the rest I have tried. No complaints.

It's supposed to help with constipation but i haven't used it still, I'll try and I'll update. bisacodyl however helped me a little the first couple times of using it, after it it was meh, kinda, couldn't poo all the way still lol
