Very useful to counter allergies. It basically increases histamine which usually means more allergic reactions. However, this is because usually with allergic reactions histamine receptors are too sensitive. So increasing histamine will over few days make the receptors less sensitive and the allergies will be gone. It's a very good chelator as well (binds to various metals). I like Swanson's since you usually get a good quality product.

I use these to help with my allergies to my dog. I stopped for a while and became very stuffy but as soon as I reintroduced these back daily I noticed a huge difference the same day I took them. I personally take three a day, one didn’t seem to work as much. I take two at lunch and one at dinner.

I have immune system disorders so it has benefited a great deal, I started having energy again. If you're worried about the taste you don´t have to worry the capsules are great and the right size. The ingredients are perfect and have excellent quality, I do recommend if you have immune issues.

I take this to help combat male DE as a result of certain medications. I take the suggested dose about 2 hours before anything happens. I do not take this regularly and would not recommend others to; do your own research on long term use. Overall, it is quality and has good ingredients. The size is about an average capsule. I’ll likely keep buying it.

The quality of the ingredients and the pill size seem great a if u have any allergies or an allergic, this won't be suitable as it will increase the histamine and allergies get worse.

I was trying to find a natural anti-histamine. This promotes the body manufacturing histamine, the opposite I was hoping for at the time. My mistake. Be sure you know what you're purchasing; although, I thought I was at the time. Swanson brand, though, is a great & more affordable alternative to more expensive name brands.
