I bought the product based on the quality of the ingredients and the size. The package contains a spray pump which makes it easy to deliver the magnesium. I apply this at night or when ever I feel stressed and need to unwind. I see a benefit from this product and would recommend!

First time buyer, I was interested in trying the magnesium on skin for muscle relief and improve the skin barrier as moisturize. The texture is a bit greasy so I used to spray and leave it on the body from 20 to 40 minutes before showering (definitely not recomended after shower). It seems to improve the skin for sure as I feel it softer and smoother afer using this product, seems working also for tired muscle, not sure honestly if is good for improving sleep or not. Given the size bottle it will last long, the price is fair.

Only been using for 2 days but already noticed such a big difference that I had to write. Maybe I did put more than the recommended amount in the bath but for someone who has chronic sleep issues since many year, I fell asleep within 10 minutes after an evening soak and only woke up in the morning. No disturbances. Deep sleep. Skin feel nice and soft as well. No particular smell. Will definitely be buying again.

I wasn't sure at first but this works in the most subtle ways for targeted tight muscles. It's not too greasy but definitely make sure it dries or take a shower afterwards in order to avoid staining clothing or furniture. It may further irritate already irritated skin, so if you have cuts or marks from KT tape, avoid those areas as they will burn. All in all, this bottle lasted me over 6 months of regular use and I will be buying it again.

For those with sensitive stomach's, supplementing through the skin is another way to get your magnesium into your diet, I have been supplementing with Mag spray for roughly 10 years, and have great successes with it, I also noticed if I have skipped my spray dosage for a while, and I feel a tad off balance, or my legs/feet start to cramp up, or have weird sensations in hands/etc, I just spray agood dose of magnesium spray on my body and all the symptoms fall away, roughly 6 sprays does the trick. I have not yet used this brand yet, but I have used other brands, one brand on iherb was too strong for me (Life-flo - So I used 1 to 4 sprays, Built up to roughly 4 sprays until that finished), the other brand Im finishing off now is no longer on iherb (The bigger Spray Bottle), their Spray feels mild, but very effective, I usually use 6 sprays per day which is sufficient, sometimes I would spray more if I had an injury or I had muscle aches. Im looking forward to trying this Brand soon once I finish my other bottle (White Egret), Unfortunately I havent used it yet, so I cant comment on this Brand at the moment, but I can say that in general, I have had a lot of success supplementing with magnesium through the skin, as it goes straight to the bloodstream and bypasses the stomach/digestive system, which is a really good alternative to those who have sensitive systems :) ...... No scent and I use it daily for my back and shoulder pain. It’s a large size and lasts really long. Can be used in any season but be careful if you have wounds as it may slightly be painful because it like “adding salt to wound “. Overall, a very good product I must
