This peppermint is a must have. It helps with bloating, nausea and heartburn. I am very satisfied with it. It also lasts a long time.

It's good. It came triple wrapped which was great. It's very potent and smells strong even unopened. Seems to reduce any gut irration if you consume something that doesn't agree with you. It has a bowel relaxing effect as well. It might not be good for someone with ibs-d.

Smelling it or just a few drops on the tongue are fantastic for quelling nausea. This one is potent, and it can also add a zing to an oil burner concoction if you want to wake up your brain - add it with citrus-y things like lemon myrtle, or with a more mellow woody accompaniment like sandalwood oil. Can make the house smell so pleasant without making you feel too cosy and snoozy, but doesn't cling to everything like incense does.

I love the taste and quality of these peppermint spirits. I add it to my Dandy blend drinks and my partner adds it to his coffee. I feel it benefits my digestion when I drink it post-meal. Good size and packaging, great ingredients, easy to dose out with the dropper.

It works very well, helps the digestive system, reflux problems, poor digestion, etc. I have seen benefits. The smell and taste are strong. It has to be diluted in water.

This is an excellent and powerful blend of organic peppermint extract and organic peppermint essential oil. It is cooling in a large glass of water and exhilarating when a few drops are placed directly on the tongue- like ice dragon breath. A one ounce bottle lasts a long time because it is so potent and you only need a little for freshening the breath, cooling the body and making your water spicy.

Good quality, ingredient. Size of the bottle is not big, easy for storage wise, easy to bring around especially when travelling. Doesn’t taste bad. I have been taking this for long and it’s the one of the herb that I must have at home. This is great! It works tremendously!

I’ve started using Peppermint Spirits recently and overall it’s pretty good. The peppermint effect is strong and works well, but I found that taking the full dosage at once is a bit too much for me, so I prefer using a smaller amount. The bottle also isn’t very big, which I noticed pretty quickly. That said, it does the job well if you use it carefully.

Perfect! Exactly what I was looking for to make toothpaste. Simple ingredients, excellent quality! Size is good since you only need a small amount. Will definitely order again!
