the quality of the product is excellent. the benefits of the ingredients are great for weight loss, skin, hair and nails as well as your joints. there is no taste as I chose the unflavored one. also as you age your skin becomes a bit more dry so when you add this to your diet it will improve you're entire being as the effects of the product are good for your good mental health when you see how it helps. I have knee problems and found this helps. the package is a bit small compared to Amazon. but then amazon does not have this particular composition.
