I like the quantity and quality of this thought is way to tart for me but i did notice it helps with hunger levels i wouldn’t say this solely helps with weight loss i would recommend this for the collagen and elements that helps with weight management in general
Excellent addition to my daily routine, I take it in the morning to help curb my appetite. Light in taste, but not overly sweet. Easily to dissolve in water, no clumps. Size is a bit small for price, wish they had a larger container.

Package arrived sooner than expected. I feel great adding this to my daily routine. At my age you need the extra help- I do feel an improvement in joints and over all skin elasticity. It’s an additional 7g of protein! So definite added benefit. Reordering because I stopped using it and now feel the difference in my joints especially my knees. Not sure about the cellulite reduction effect but glad this is made in Canada with quality ingredients. The taste is alright, was hoping for something sour to mask the collagen - strawberry lemonade is more on the sweeter side but surprisingly there is no aftertaste or smell.
