I've been weightlifting for many years, so as you can imagine, I have tried many protein shakes, and this is by far the best. Currently most economical Whey Isolate in IMO Tried other popular brand ON, Muscletech, BSN but still comes back to JYM The 25g protein content contains egg white apart from bovine whey The 2 flavor i have tried is Rocky Mountain & Tahitian Vanilla but i still prefer the latter Price has been increasing but I only buy during festive sales
I love the use of various proteins in this product (whey isolate, milk isolate, micellar and egg white protein). High quality, cutting no corners. And formulated by a PhD... can't beat that. I love the taste and for the formula and top quality it is worth the price. This 4lb tub lasts me awhile. Highly recommend this brand, I am going to try all their pre workouts too!!
Has simple ingredients, both good protein types, low cholesterol...i recommend it
The vanilla flavor is smooth and natural — not too sweet and easy to drink every day. It mixes well and has a slightly creamy texture, which I like.

This is my favorite protein mix (casein, egg, whey) and my favorite flavor. I know the JYM guys and I’ve even visited their offices. They consume what they make and they only use proven, high-quality ingredients. I used to love the taste. But anything you eat 5 times a day becomes cloying. However, given that I’m drinking 200 gm per day, this is the only protein mix I can tolerate.
My personal trainer recommended this product several years ago and it is now a 'daily-go-to' nutrient. I am just an ordinary 'non-body builder' that is disciplined in my dietary and workout regimens. This is a quality product, the taste is great (not 'gritty'), and the powder mixes very well, no lumps.
I prefer this to other protein powders as it contains "Casein" which act as a "slow release" mechanism for protein into the muscles. If mixing powders this one is definitely the one to take "after" gym and at night before bed as the casein is also a relaxant producing a better nights sleep while repairing muscle at the same time
