Way better than expected. I can't believe they are high protein low carb. There just aren't many in each bag, but there are definitely enough for a serving. The quality is wonderful as well and since buying them they are a staple for me. I use them for a quick snack on the go or to up my protein for my lunch.

I got these as a snack or even a lunch with some melted cheese and guacamole on top. They have TONS of protein and for someone like me who doesn't love sweets, they are a good alternative to a protein bar. A must have for to pack for a road trip or leave in your bag. I would buy again and try other flavors. They do have a bit of an aftertaste, but that's not as noticable if you pair them with a dip.
