I started using this as my first Olly supplement at the recommendation of a makeup artist. I noticed a huge difference in my hair density and new hair within a few weeks. It contains Biotin. Be careful not to up your dose of Biotin, though (especially in popular energy drinks,) as that leads to severe breakouts.
I buy this product every time I run out. I really feel the difference. nails seem to be much stronger and I think I can feel a difference in my hair. Sadly , not always available - probably because it does seem to do the trick. Find it better than other similar products. Will definitely buy again once back in stock.
