I know this is not a sleep supplement, and I don’t find that it makes me sleepy, but I do usually take it before bed on nights when my mind is racing to help calm my mind so I can fall asleep. It seems to work pretty well. I chose this because it contains GABA, L-Theanine and asheaganda, which I’ve read good things about. I was happy to find them in one supplement. I haven’t tried it for daytime stress. The package is super cute, although the label is a tube that can slide around on the bottle. The pills are small and have a pleasant scent, but no noticeable taste. They are an unusual green color, but I gather that comes from chlorophyllin, so hopefully is nothing to be concerned about.
