My husband & I are in our 60s & I feel dry all of the time. After taking this I could feel the lubricating effects a few hours, later. It’s easy to swallow but I wish the daily quantity can be lesser. I’ll recommend this!👍
No big difference noticed but it gives some additional energy during the day
For me it's quite good because it's soft gel so easy to eat for me no smell!
Maybe I was expecting too much, but I feel that there was just a slight improvement in my sleep and my daily life.
This is my first bottle and while I do feel like it has made a difference, I cannot be sure if this is due to this specifically. The pills are fairly large but easy enough to swallow. I will continue to take it and hopefully see more impact.
