I actually take these myself, not for kids. I was looking for a low dose of zinc because I do not tolerate higher doses very well, and these lozenges work perfectly for me. They are gentle, taste nice and do not upset my stomach. The only downside is that I did not realize at first that they contain added sugar, so check the ingredients if this is important for you. Overall I am satisfied and will finish the bottle.
