Eleuthero Root, 120 Capsules (425 mg per Capsule)

I wanted to try this product after using the celestial seasonings tension tamer tea (🤪). I noticed that eleuthero was one of the main ingredients in that blend, and I always found it very helpful in stressful times, so wanted to find an individual supplement. I mainly got it to help with stress and fatigue, I know it can be helpful with overall immune health among other things. I have been using it during stressful times as and when I need it, and have found it very good so far. Will update my review after another few months :)

Not the stronger adaptogen herb, but I can appreciate the immune boosting benefits, specially when combined with other herbal and mushrooms remedies like rhodiola, cordyceps, chaga.

Swanson's Eleuthero Root makes a subtle but noticeable difference in both stamina and energy. I only use 1 cap a day instead of the recommended 2 as it's all I need. On days that are particularly stressful, I'll take 2 and the benefits are even more noticeable. I use this along with Swanson's Full Spectrum Rhodiola and their Holy Basil Extract (standardized for ursolic acid) for my adaptogenic stack.

I take Eleuthero Root for my adrenal fatigue syndrome. I tried different products but feel this one really makes a different in my daily routine, seems to be of goo quality. For the dosage: I take one capsule daily in the evenings. After taking it for a week I can say that my energy levels are a bit higher now. And I benefit from feeling generally stronger. They taste of nothing and are easy to swollow although they are quite big. Will continue taking them.

I purchased this to enhance my morning gym sessions as a 45yo male adult who sometimes struggles with motivation. I find eleuthero root very good for that very purpose. Together with a morning cup of coffee it provides a boost of energy.

I’ve found it to be a gentle but effective tonic for my usually low energy — nothing dramatic, just steady support. The key is consistency, since the effect builds up over time. It’s not meant to give you an instant kick like coffee does (and I wouldn’t recommend mixing it with coffee — it can affect heart rate). Just take it daily in the morning for at least a week, and you’ll start noticing how your energy stays stable throughout the day — no big dips after lunch or in the evening. I even wake up more easily in the mornings now, which is a nice bonus.

Quality is excellent — capsules are well-made, clearly labeled, and contain a standardized dose of Eleuthero root extract. Benefit after a few months includes improved energy levels, enhanced stamina, and better stress resilience. Ingredients are straightforward: Eleuthero root extract with minimal fillers. Capsule size is moderate, easy to swallow. Taste is nonexistent since it is fully encapsulated, leaving no aftertaste.

I finished the whole bottle hoping for more energy, better mood, and less stress, but I honestly didn’t notice any difference. That said, the capsules themselves are good quality—easy to swallow, no smell, and gentle on the stomach. It just didn’t seem to be the right supplement for me, but looks like it was helpful for others.

Nice product good quality . Be careful with the dosage as it it has ALA as an ingredient and it lowered my blood pressure too much.
