I love the packaging and the scent is light so the composition seems good quality. My hair does get knotted if I only use this shampoo without conditioning, which I don't get when using my usual shampoo, so will have to intersperse during my proper hair wash days

The issue with Swanson shampoo is too runny, I could hardly transfer it from my palm to my head without dripping it on the floor. Give off a low foam lather, which is OK. Cleansing is good too.

Wasn’t happy with this shampoo from the start it was thin and watery and felt slick and almost sticky on my hair. Then after rinsing my hair was so dry but a thick conditioner helped I would have suffered through the remaining bottle but then I got pimple type bumps on the base of my neck. Painful and irritating and got worse until I realized the shampoo must be the cause. I have thick straight hair so maybe wasn’t intended for me but beware.
