I think this is a dietary supplement used for beautiful skin. everyone should probably try it

Used 200 for years and it's very good, I have read a lot and I believe 200 is better than 400 to use for women in general. So I will always stick to this type plus the mixed tocopherols are the best from all the research out there.

The 200 IU is just enough for my daily intake for skin, eye and liver health. My internist told ne that 400 IU daily in not recommended for men as it increases the chance of developing prostate cancer.

Solid formula with mixed tocopherols and softgels that are easy to swallow. Seems effective overall, though the dosage could be a bit higher. Still a good choice for daily use.
