Bacopa if you take it long term can be life changing. It can get costly and that’s why I turned to Swanson, all their products have been high quality that I’ve tried and the cost is affordable. Incredible supplement... helps so much with energy, anxiety & sleep. Also smooths out my facial skin somehow & helps with acne reduction etc but basically my skin looks really really good when I take this. Have to take it with food though cuz otherwise it makes me a bit nauseous.

Easy to swallow little capsules. I 've been taking this new to me supplement for less than a month so not sure how well it is supporting my mental clarity & focus just yet . I trust Swanson products greatly , though, and will continue taking these . At 76 years young I want my brain to work as optimally as possible !

I have only started to try it out, it doesn’t hit you in any way. The effects seem to be subtle but noticeable, I’ll have to try it for longer and see. I do feel it helps with simple calmness and equanimity while working on projects. Maybe even mental acuity.

Benefit: Mild calming and focus-supporting effects, but probably weaker due to the unclear concentration. Taste: No taste since the capsules are well-encapsulated. Decent product, but the missing concentration information makes it less reliable.
