It's been quite a while that I always feel sleepy after carbohydrates (rice/ spaghetti/ macaroni, etc) Blood test was fine. A lot of research has been done to find bitter melon as well as this capsule. Definitely works. Just take it during the meal (NOT suggest after meal) (NOT suggest empty stomach).

Quality of product is good as well as an effective supplement. I switched to this brand after using another brand for a few months, and found that it was more effective in helping keep my health in a balanced condition (as commented to me by my family doctor). Quality is fine but the smell is very strange and unpleasant. Not sure can control my blood sugar level as I have only consumed one bottle due to the weird smell. Package is good and delivery is very fast and efficient. Size is fine and easy to swallow. Improvement could be made by refining the taste of the capsules.

Indian Bitter Melon is known from Ayurveda. Even it is written, it was no or not enough test for it, I suppose it brings positive effect for the body.
