I got really amazed at how it works. I took one pill and on the first day the effect was pretty strong and I thought that maybe I should have taken half first. Second and third day I took halves. Will continue observing the effects. It works immediately. I shall take one full tablet on a day I need to be focused and in a full working/creating mode.

If i take 2 tablets, i feel a bit more energy and i need this energy because of chronic illness (lyme)... It's a pity that NADH remains so expensive.

This product seems good, it has a great taste and the sublingual application should work better as the normal pill. However, cannot say if it's working!

I love this NADH. Great taste. Works very quickly to give me energy without the niacin flush. The blister pack is really strong, so I can carry them in my purse without worrying about the package breaking open. The price is excellent for the quality. I will definitely continue to use this product.

Swanson is normally know for using quality ingredients and convenient packaging, and this is no exception. However, the taste of this product certainly does not live up to expectation - there is a hint of peppermint, but it seems stale. Also, the size would normally make it easy to swallow, however, this is not a product that you should actually swallow, but rather allow to dissipate under the tongue - I would not have bought this if I knew this beforehand.

I know people use NADH for chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), high blood pressure, high cholesterol, athletic performance, depression, Parkinson disease, and many other conditions but I took the whole pack over the course of a couple weeks and honestly didn't notice that much to be quite honest. I know its highly praised and what not so maybe it did help a bit with some stuff like mood now that I think back but who knows. The quality seems good, the taste is good and the size of the tablets are small and dissolve easily.
