this is my 2nd purchased. it is from real food not synthetic. i love how they used 5000iu since it’s hard to find high iu. the capsules is mini and odorless so easy to swallow. vit d is very important especially during winter and to build my immune system.

I like it for bones and immune system. Helps me feel better during winter and I feel less tired. ( which is super great in holidays) . Easy to take and gentle on stomach.

love this brand my vitami d is very low so i use it daily with a fatty meal with omega 3 , i will do a blood test to chek after finishing it

Honestly about the size and how long it lasts it just depends on the dosage , if its a medicated dosage it would last about a month( since its concentrated) and if not it would last about two months so i followed the suggested dosage from my healthcare provider, and it fit perfectly into my routine. BUT I would recommend checking your vitamin levels before starting any supplement, as it’s always best to know what you actually need and avoid taking too much so that no side effects occur. and any supplement takes time to actually show results so keep that in mind. Overall, after two years of consistent use, this is a great product that I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a natural way to support bone health and growth. It’s reliable, gentle on the stomach, and a supplement I’m happy to continue using. i'm nearly all the way through my last bottle so i guess thats time for a restock😂 Might’ve made this review a bit longer than expected, but better honest than short!🙂
