Dr Wood soap contains all natural ingredients and it’s very versatile. It does not contains harsh chemicals such as paraben, phthalate, sodium lauryl sulphate. It’s biodegradable and does not leave behind harmful chemicals in the environment. It does not irritate the eyes much when it accidently gets into the eyes. This is not the same when you use conventional soap loaded with many unknown chemical. It’s very moisturizing with the shea butter and is not harsh on the skin by removing too much natural oils from the skin. It is a bit more drying than the black soap with shea butter. I have very oily facial skin and one facial wash can last me 4-5 hours before it needs another wash. My facial skin does not dry up when I wash my face frequently. I also use it for shampoo, body wash, shaving, washing clothes, dishes and floor. Basically, it’s an all in one bottle! I was looking for a Castile soap as a body wash. As that's what I use in the shower. This one is really big for the size. Which is what I like when I bought it? It was really cheap, like $6, but now it looks like it's 11. Dollars, which is more then, I would spend on this product. There are cheaper body washes on the market. The cent is okay. Um, this brand has okay, since they aren't.The best, but they are all right. The benefit of using castile soap is it's very natural.
Everything from scent to feel is excellent with this soap. It’s my favorite brand castile and they have a great variety of scents if you can find them.
I mostly use it as a shampoo and I like the fact that it does not leave my hair greasy. I am pleased with it.
I saw some comment said that it can be used as facial wash, so I gave it a try. Yes, it's good. Didn't dry my face. and I like the flavor.
