3rd review: 3rd time repeat. i really like the quality of this prenatal. and the natural and highest quality ingredients. yes it's a bit expensive, but it's worth it. dont hesitate. ..... 2nd review: This is my second time repeat. My experience from the first bottle was pleasant, so i repeat for a second time. the dose of vit A is not too high. and every ingredient cane from natural sources. the price is a bit pricey, but i think it's worth it, especially this prenatal cater to women above 35 of age who's trying to get pregnant. 1st review: I find the ingredients are of good quality. Despite the price on a little bit on a higher end, I think it's a good investment for future mommy and babies. The size is a little bit big, but it's not serious, easy to swallow with a gulp of water. Packaging is good, in a glass bottle. I have no effect of nausea after taking it. no weird taste. i recommend, especially for women who are trying to get pregnant at an advanced age.

My doctor surprise for the growth of my little one, even my wife weight gain is very small compare to the baby growth. Quality and result are here to take.
So, with somewhat niche needs in the vast market of prenatal supplements, it not easy to find what you want. Fortunately, we found what we looked for: vegetarian - check, 35+ - check, good diversity with adequate DVs - check. However, we supplemented it with other vitamins and minerals which were needed in higher doses. Obviously, it is difficult to judge about the effects and subsequently the long-term quality, but so far so good and we are content of this choice. No complaints on the packaging too.
I love that these vitamins are bio-available and that they contain methylfolate instead of folic acid. I have never felt an upset stomach while taking them, which can be common with iron supplements. Will be taking them for the rest of my pregnancy!
I like this supplement very much as i noticed that i have improved immune system.
I used to love this prenatal and felt like it really did make a difference in my body. It doesn’t have DHA or a high amout of choline though, so I had to add additional supplements, which increased the overall cost. I ended up switching to the Theralogix prenatal which works out in the end to be cheaper since it comes with DHA and choline. If DHA and choline aren’t important to you though, this is a great prenatal.
Second time using this vitamins. The most important that they are not Synthetic like other. So it better to pay more for it, but get real quality
Great quality ingredients! Love the one a day use benefit. It has a very earthy taste of left in the mouth for over thirty seconds. The size of the tablet is large but is easily swallowed. It comes in a brown glass package.
I like the ingredients in this formula. I’ve been taking it throughout my pregnancy and now while breastfeeding. It’s a great source of vitamins.
Although the taste is quite awful, I keep coming back to this prenatal and using it every pregnancy. My older kids are amazing and I thank this multivitamin for helping me nurture them during pregnancy. The ingredients seems healthy and natural and I love also the post-natal multivitamin for after birth.
