Get D3 with K2. I bought this because they were out of my go-to brand Carlson. I still prefer Carlson because with Nutrachamps you need a whole dropperful, and with Carlson, just some drops. Where I live we can't get Vitamin D from October - March so you must supplement in order to get enough. A good amount is 5000-1000 IU per day.
