I feel the scratch inside my throat and I took this and all better. it tastes really good. I take sambucol elderberry and colloidal silver along with this for immune boost when I feel like I'm about to get sick
I can't say how well it worked as it didn't' relieve symptoms very quickly. I do not like the taste. I like that it comes in a glass bottle. The kids version seems to work well for my daughter which is why I bought the adult one. Not as effective for me.
I like to keep this stuff around if a nasty cold starts going down into my trachea and bronchial tubes. It’s so soothing, and I really think it helps me heal faster. The flavor is pretty good, too.
