Quality product I’m usually for bone deficiency and to strengthen the immunity system. Easy absorption by the body. Great taste! Great dosage! Mild raspberry taste? with mainly lemon. The dosage is good because it’s a one daily supplement. D3 and K2 are good to supplement and they aren’t routinely tested on blood tests. But do not exceed the dose as these are fat soluble and not water soluble.
