Vegan Pumpkin Seed Oil, 90 Vegan Caps (500 mg per Cap)

I am on my third bottle. Good quality. I think every age can use it. Ingredients are clean. I have some improvement in my hair but you have to take it often I think. It has no taste. I only take one in the morning with breakfast. Some of the benefits are apparently, healthy skin and hair. I am seeing some minor changes.

I highly recommend pumpkin seed oil. Not only does it support hair growth, but it also effectively manages my overactive bladder. I looked long & hard to find the pumpkin seed oil at this recommended level of 500mg. I'm very pleased thus far with the results that I'm starting to see while using this with Saw Palmetto. I'm now in the 3rd month & I'm definately starting to see some baby scalp hair growth, and less loss in the shower. I started knowing that it could take up to 6 months to see a change. My husband says he can see a difference in my hair too. So I'm back to reorder for another 3 months & fingers crossed the trend will continue. I've had no problems tolerating it. No stomach upset or anything.

I still haven’t had any noticeable increase in hair growth however I need to continue for 6 months which I plan on doing. Easy to swallow. Good quality. All ingredients are vegan so it’s halal.

Got this as part of a hair regrowing regimen since it is a natural DHT blocker. It’s helped with inflammation that I didn’t even know was inflammation at the time. I love that it’s vegan so my parents can also have it. Will take a little longer to see if it helps with the regrowth part of its purpose but I’m optimistic especially considering its quality.

i’ve been looking for pumpkin seed oil that isn’t 1000mg as that is more than the recommended does for the hair benefits it has but it’s the only one you can find on the market. This is a perfect dose and i will continue to buy it because of the quality, packaging and overall value for product

I can't write about the quality of this product because I have not had much improvement in my symptoms; however, the ingredients did soothe my symptoms temporarily. Capsule size is easy to swallow, and the dosages of certain ingredients can be felt in the after taste but it is quite pleasant.

Good sized capsule that is easy to swallow. No aftertaste. Pumpkin seed oil has many benefits according to the internet so hope to see some difference.
