My daughter is 12 so the size of these supplements are easy for her to swallow. I love that they are a vegan form of Vitamin D and affordable. Deva products never disappoint! They are high quality supplements, they are one of my go-to’s. I appreciate that their ingredients are vegan.
I don’t add D3 supplements to my diet usually. However in the winter months, or if its been overcast, cloudy for a week or more I will take this whole food D3 to supplement my diet since I cannot go outdoors to get it naturally. I don't get any sun, and this probably helps out with my Vitamin D deficiency. I feel like I'm taking care of my bones responsibly. Tastes like nothing. Easily swallowed pills. Decent packaging. Ingredients are purely vegan so no worrying about animal products. My dosage is anywhere from 2-5 capsules per day.
I love this vegan vitamin D3. I notice a huge difference when I'm not taking it regularly. I have way more energy and overall feel much better when I take this vitamin D3 daily or almost daily. Also I don't like swallowing pills but these are really small, so they're not a pain to take. I always order more of this when I run out.
I take two a day, and these are one of the most cost effective vegan vitamin d3 options. You need this supplement as a vegan or vegetarian, and honestly most other people could also use a boost too. I hope this is good quality but i have know way of knowing it.
Came quickly, was glad there actually is a place to get vegan supplements . My vegan lifestle is important to me and so many of my vegan friends do not stop to think that supplements should also be vegan. This supplement is great for maintaining healthy levels of vitamin D. It is just enough to keep you in the normal range through winter or other periods of limited sun exposure. The pills are small and easy to swallow. At a dose of just one a day, the bottle will last a few months. Deva products are a big hit in our household! They are generally effective, easy to use, and very affordable.
