buy a lot of codeage bc I like their quality I needed to start taking it I bought this. I like that zinc is added for immune support and K2 for better absorption. This is vegan and also has a whole food blend which is a bonus. After taking it for a few weeks my bloodwork showed that my levels improved so i will keep taking this, it has good size, no taste.
I just purchased my third bottle, that is how impressed I am with this formula! My doctor recommended I move up to a Vitamin D with 5000 IU. I had read that it is beneficial to have K2 in the formula as well. The addition of Zinc in this formula was just an added bonus and meant I could eliminate this separate supplement, saving me money. I take so many supplements now that I am nearing 50 and am perimenopausal, most of them at the direction of my physician. Any place I can save money, I'm game. So happy to find this science backed product. We've been taking it for about 2 years. We have noticed less sicknesses from things like flu and covid. I think the added boost of daily zinc has made a difference. It's hard to find D3 with K2 that's vegan and properly absorbable into system.

This is a product with high enough Vit D per capsule to have 1 once a day, and a good ratio of K2 added. Zinc being essential too, takes the worry away of addigng another supplement to essential nutrient intake.
