I like this company and have us ed many of their products. I wish you didn't have to take so many to achieve the benefits though. I have moved on to mushroom coffee instead.These mushrooms are high quality ingredients, decent price. They help with immunity and energy and focus.

I love this product. It contains three very important types of mushroom that are proven to have health benefits. I think the quality of this brand is very good and the ingredients seem fine, so no problem there. Size and packaging are also fine and I'm planning to keep on taking them (currently on my second container) so I can reap the most benefits for immunity, energy and so many other benefits.

I take this along with a B complex and ginko in the morning along with my morning coffee and I have a good long stream of energy until after lunch. Then after lunch I take a micro nap (30 min) and I am good to go again. You can definitely feel a very small subtle boost in cognative perception after taking this for a few weeks.
