I bought this because this brand has really good quality vitamins. My one complaint is that the size is small for the price but I guess you're paying for better ingredients. I like that it gives me energy and I don't get a niacin flush. I like that it gives me the effects that I was looking for and I will continue to purchase this.

Took one capsule after lunch and within 5 hours experienced severe bloating, stomach pain, and diarrhea that lasted into the evening. Looking at the label, the doses are extremely high (some vitamins over 10,000% daily value). This was too much for my system, especially combined with my other supplements. If you have a sensitive stomach, avoid this
Selected this brand for it's positive reviews for quality ingredients and immediate boost for energy. I didn’t really feel that it ramp up my metabolism in anyway. I felt no real effects, no real potency. The capsule is large in size but easy to swallow, there was not any after taste. The search continues for a great Vit B complex.

The products were excellent and genuine, with a delivery that was impressively fast and well-packaged. The expiration dates were at least 2 years out. I was so satisfied that I placed my second order on September 4, 2023, to stock up on vitamins and received it on September 9, 2023. I'm even contemplating placing a third order 😊. I highly recommend both the products and the platform. Give it a try! As for customer service, I haven't had the need to contact them yet because I haven't encountered any issues so far.
Normally I cannot tolerate the taste or smell of Vitamin B because most of them come in tablet form. This one is in capsule form. It is easy to swallow, leaves no after taste Quality is high and I already feel a difference after using it for a couple of months
I purchased this B Complex, but unfortunately, I couldn't take it as it turns out I don't actually need this supplement at the moment. Please make sure to consult with your doctor and check your lab results before adding this to your routine. I can't comment on the effects, but the brand is generally reputable.
