Great quality ingredients, good mix of various forms of proteins. Not the best in taste but overall it gets the job done. Recommended for sure.
It’s a bit thick, though that’s understandable since it contains casein. If you don’t shake it well, it clumps. The taste isn’t bad, but the aftertaste is a bit off. The soy flavor comes through unnaturally. It’s also a little powdery/gritty. I think the ingredients are great — same as a cold medicine that works all day.

I started drinking release-type protein powder for the first time, one serving a day, around 12:00 PM during work. Even though I expect to get hungry, drinking this keeps me surprisingly full until around 9:00 PM when I get home. It can be a bit difficult to dissolve, so you need to shake it well. My personal experience is that I've gotten bigger since drinking this! It's a bit pricey, but I think MHP is worth it. A fantastic protein powder!
