Even in the Decanate form is stil Glutamine which is really unstable in water I rather get Sustamine or other brands to be honest but the quality here is high, is just the nature of the compound that isn’t the best in my opinion

Glutamine is one of those suplements which will benefit you even if you not train, but if you do train it's great for recovery and size. A must have!! This particular one works great, but this is honestly the worse taste glutamine I have ever tried, so don't be surprised by it. Me personally don't mind at all, I always preferred naturally flavored suplements. Got this one during sale, will buy again. 👍
