Manuka honey is really a health doctor. Took a spoonful of these with hot ginger tea while suffering from some dry throat and the symptoms went away after a few days. Too bad the quantity is so small for the price but it does work. The taste may not be as sweet as regular honey but the benefits are there.
i wanted to see the benefits of manuka first time purchase. been using it like this one big spoon in a big mug of hot water f(not too hot) and i drink it first thing on the morning on an empty stomach. been using for some days. i can't tell if its doing anything but i like it and will repurchase a bigger one. i'd like to see it help me with my gum disease and digestive issues.
