My doctor recommended me to supplement my nutrition with magnesium and vitamin B6 for a better sleep, and to support my nervous system. L. Zinc is really helpful for immunity. I take only one pill before bed because I take multivitamins containing magnesium, b6 & zinc during the day. So far, I started falling asleep faster than usual.
