Before i have this, i had an irregular period. As i hope for having babies so i need to improve my fertility, i hope this supplent would help and YES, it does. I took 2 cap a day, separately morning and night. After since my period got right on time at 29-day cycle. It works well on me.
The size of the capsules is nice, not too big. The packaging is pretty, quite small and fits into my palm. I started taking these pills by the recommendation of my gynecologist. I have just started taking them, so can’t really say anything about the effect, but I am very optimistic. There is no taste, so you can easily take the capsule and not worry about it. The dosage seems to be good too.
